Last updated: (28-06-24)

Welcome to NEET! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the NEET dApps (the "Service") operated by NEET ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate NEET, a NEET employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm NEET or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
  • 4. Raffles

    4.1. Creation and Management

Any user can create raffles. Once a raffle is created, it cannot be deleted. The creator of the raffle is responsible for providing accurate and complete details about the raffle, including the purpose, entry fee, and the number of entries required.

    4.2 Entries and Participation

Participants can enter raffles by purchasing entries. Once the required number of entries is reached, anyone can draw the winner. For example, if a raffle is set for 50/50 entries, the winner can be drawn once 50 entries are reached.

    4.3. Cancellation

A raffle can be canceled if the entry target is not met within the specified time frame. In such cases, participants will be notified, and any entry fees collected will be refunded.

    5. Fees

We charge a platform fee of 5% on the total amount raised by each raffle. By using the Service, you agree to this fee and authorize us to deduct it from the total amount raised before disbursing the remaining funds to the raffle creator.

    6. Winner Selection

Once the entry target for a raffle is met, anyone can draw the winner. The selection process is random and utilizes Verifiable Random Function (VRF) technology to ensure fairness and transparency. We are not responsible for the selection process and any disputes arising from it.

    7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

    8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NEET, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

    9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
