MCP shows no resources

Ensure `mikoshi-mcp` is enabled in your MCP config and restart Codex.

Indexing is slow on first run

The first run downloads the local model once. Subsequent runs are faster.

Search returns no results

Re-run `mikoshi index` on the same path and confirm files are not ignored.
